Thank you so much for your interest and support of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. Without community support of Third Party Events, we would not be able to provide to the animals as we do. The application below is the best way to get your event up and running quickly. We are excited to be working with you and look forward to an ongoing relationship. Please complete this form in full and submit your request to us. Requests should be made three weeks in advance of the date. Sometimes the Petmobile might not be needed at your event. If you are requesting the Petmobile, a minimum donation of $250 will be requested unless waived by Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

I understand that this request must be approved by the Animal Rescue League, and that my submission of this form does not guarantee the PetMobile at my event/location. I understand that the event department will be contacting me to confirm my request within three business days. I also agree to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice in the event my request is approved.		*

Thank you for completing the Third Party Request Form. You will receive confirmation from our Development Dept. within three business days. Please keep in mind that all printed material, flyers, PSA's and any other promotional efforts will need to be approved by Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League prior to the promotion. By naming Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League as the beneficiary of this partnership, it will be necessary to donate all net revenues raised on behalf of the League to Peggy Adams within 30 days of the partnership completion or by a predetermined agreement. Please be aware and understanding of the need to restrict where and when adoptable animals make appearances. The well-being of our adoptable animals is very important. The environment and conditions must be favorable before approval is given for their involvement in a partnership. Should approval be given, the appropriate number of animals available will be determined by a Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League staff member. One week cancellation notice is required on all events.
